Established 2016
Core Vertexpoint Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 after its founding analysts spent years inside manufacturing and distribution procurement teams along Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard and in Bangkok. Too many savings claims rested on list prices or incomplete invoice trails. The firm was formed to give sourcing leaders an independent reading of spend before negotiations and budget cycles.
Early work centered on packaging and logistics categories for mid-size manufacturers. Over time, engagements expanded to facilities, IT hardware, and hospitality group purchasing—always with the same emphasis: clean the file, visualize the drivers, rank what can actually move.
How we work with clients
