What files do you need to start an assessment?

A twelve-to-twenty-four-month export of purchase orders or invoice lines, your current contract register, and a short note on which categories are in scope. Spreadsheet or CSV format is fine.

Do you negotiate with suppliers for us?

No. We prepare the savings map, charts, and briefing materials. Your sourcing team leads supplier conversations. We can join preparation sessions if you request it.

Can you work with Thai and English spend files?

Yes. Our Bangkok team works in both languages. Mixed-language descriptions are common; we normalize them during intake.

How long before we see a first draft of charts?

For a standard Procurement Savings Assessment, draft visualizations usually appear in the second week after complete files arrive.

Is this software we install?

You receive charts, written summaries, and briefing decks from our analysts. We do not install procurement software on your systems as part of these engagements.
