Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid advisory engagements with Core Vertexpoint Co., Ltd., including assessments, category deep-dives, concentration reviews, and quarterly tracking retainers.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when work has not started and written notice of cancellation is received within the timeframes below. “Work started” means spend-file intake has begun or a scheduled workshop date has passed.

Timeframe for cancellation before start

Full refund of fees paid if you cancel in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the agreed start date. Fifty percent refund if you cancel between thirteen and seven days before the start date. Cancellations within six days of the start date are non-refundable unless we cancel on our side.

Partial refunds

If an engagement is stopped after intake but before final briefing, we may offer a partial refund reflecting completed stages (intake, draft charts, workshops). The amount is stated in writing after reviewing progress against the statement of work.

Non-refundable items

• Discovery calls that are complimentary remain free; paid scoping workshops already delivered are non-refundable.
• Travel costs pre-approved in writing for on-site days outside Bangkok, once incurred.
• Completed quarterly tracking packs for quarters already delivered under a retainer.

Deposits

Engagements may require a deposit to reserve analyst time. Deposits follow the same cancellation schedule as fees paid unless the statement of work states a different deposit rule.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a workshop once without fee if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling charge stated in the proposal.

No-shows

If key client participants miss a booked workshop without notice, that session counts as delivered. A replacement session may be scheduled at additional cost.

Work already started

Once file cleaning or chart drafting has begun, fees for completed stages remain due. Unused later stages may be cancelled under the partial-refund rule.

Refund process and timing

Email info@core-vertexpoint.click with your engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method where possible.

Exceptions

If Core Vertexpoint cancels an engagement for reasons other than client breach, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work, or a rescheduled date at your option.
